To Order
On-Line with your Credit Card
Click the "Order by Credit Card Online" button, fill out the billing information
and then submit.
This website takes every precaution

users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), that
information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software

To Order by Fax
Click on the "Order by Credit Card Using Fax" button, fill out the necessary
information and submit the form. This will return a clean form with your order
ready to print. Then Fax to: (253) 537-6931. An
answering machine will pickup
please go ahead and push the fax button and the fax will go through.
To Order by Postal
Mail
Click either " Order by Check through Postal Mail, or "Order by Credit Card
through Postal Mail" button. Fill out all necessary information then push
submit. This will also return a clean form with your order ready to print.

If your ordering by check, we can not process
your order for five to seven days
until your check has cleared the bank. Then we will ship your order out
promptly.
Pickup
If you would like to pickup your order please email us first so we
may have it
ready when you arrive. We will deduct all shipping costs from your order.

Occasionally our store runs sales
please be advised that the sale price is only honored
at the time of purchase and does not apply to any purchases before or after
the sale date.
Shipping
We ship UPS ground as standard shipping unless otherwise specified. With
UPS ground all orders are insured and tracked. Orders will be shipped same
day or next business day if in stock as most are. High demand items may
take longer especially during the holiday season. You are given additional fast
delivery options that are offered at check out for your convenience.
PLEASE NOTE: We only ship in the United States at this time.
Tracking Orders
For all UPS shipments you will receive a tracking number with the receipt
via email. If you have not received this shipping email please check
your bulk junk
mail bins if you are using a filter as these
messages sometimes are filtered out.
If you have not received any information on your order please email us and we
will
get back with you that day. It is very important if
you would like to receive this

Shipment
Discrepancies
Please be advised all our shipments are double checked before the order
is ship out from our
warehouse. All packages are weighed this also tells us whether everything
you ordered was included
in your shipment before it left the warehouse. If you have received your order
and something is
missing we can tell by the weight of the package if everything was included at
that time it was
shipped. If something was missing and the weight tell us it would of been
included in that shipment
then we will refer you to UPS as the package must of been damaged and this item
destroyed or
removed. UPS will come out and inspect the packaging please do not throw any
packaging or contents
or we can not refund your money.
Special Orders
All "Special Orders" are no refundable unless the product is defective. If it is
returned we will refuse
shipment unless we have been notified first and the return is authorized.
Returns
We want our customers to be
satisfied with the product they receive from Village
Square Gift Shop so we
offer a
60 day No Questions Asked Return Policy!
We do not charge restocking or handling fees.
